Occupational therapy supports children in developing the skills they need to participate fully in daily life—playing, feeding, learning, moving, and regulating their bodies and emotions. My approach is holistic and relationship-based, looking at the whole child and the underlying factors that impact function.

For Babies (0–12 months):
OT may focus on feeding, body tension, movement patterns, regulation, and comfort. Sessions often include gentle bodywork (Craniosacral therapy and fascial release trechniques), support for oral-motor skills, airway function, positioning, and caregiver education. Time is spent observing your baby’s natural routines (feeding, play, sleep) and helping you understand how to support your babies nervous system and development in everyday moments.

For Toddlers and Preschoolers(1–5 years):
OT supports sensory-motor development, regulation, play skills, early fine motor skills, and transitions. Sessions are play-based and may include movement activities, hands-on support, and strategies to help toddlers feel more organized and confident as they gain independence using their hands and bodies.

For School-Age Children:
OT may address regulation, attention, fine motor and handwriting skills, visual-motor integration, executive functioning, and participation in school routines. Sessions can include movement, skill-building activities, strategy development, and collaboration with caregivers and teachers to support carryover at home and school.
Across all ages, therapy is individualized, flexible, and designed to meet your child where they are. Parent education and collaboration are an important part of every session so strategies can be used beyond therapy and integrated into daily life.

Anna Cybulski is a holistic pediatric occupational therapist and the owner of Cybulski Occupational Therapy. She has over 15 years of diverse clinical experience supporting infants and young children through a whole-body, nervous-system-informed approach. Her clinical background includes more than a decade at Boston Children’s Hospital, where she worked across outpatient, inpatient, NICU, and day rehabilitation settings with medically complex pediatric populations. Anna specializes in infant feeding and early development, with a strong focus on how airway function, tension patterns, movement, and nervous system regulation influence feeding, digestion, sleep, and sensory-motor development. She has advanced training in manual therapy, craniosacral therapy, and fascial release, and integrates bodywork to support improved mobility, organization, and functional engagement in infants and young children. Her work is rooted in understanding the child as a whole—addressing underlying structural, neurological, and regulatory factors rather than focusing solely on symptoms. Anna collaborates closely with families and interdisciplinary providers to create supportive, individualized care plans that promote ease of movement, functional feeding skills, and long-term developmental foundations. Her practice is grounded in relationship-based care, neuroaffirming principles, and a deep respect for the child–parent connection.
